VietNomads offers personalized travel planning services for Vietnam. We are not a travel agency. We do not issue plane tickets, hotel reservations or insurance. We offer:

• Custom itinerary development
• Personalized digital travel guide
• Support and connection with local providers
• Serenity option including complete logistics management

Travelers make reservations directly, unless prior agreement or option chosen.

4. Intellectual property

The site, its content, structure, texts, photographs, videos, designs and visuals are the exclusive property of VietNomads, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, distribution, adaptation or commercial use is strictly prohibited without written permission. Any infringement engages the responsibility of its author according to the Intellectual Property Code.

5. Personal data

In accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), we only collect information strictly necessary for the development and follow-up of your travel project (first name, email, phone, number of people, travel preferences, etc.). This data is neither shared, sold nor exchanged. It is used solely for communication and organization of your trip, and is kept for a maximum of 3 years. Data is hosted securely and accessible only to the VietNomads team.
