1. Services offered

VietNomads offers custom travel planning services for Vietnam:

• Custom itinerary creation
• Digital personalized travel guide
• Logistics support and practical advice
• Serenity Option (reservations, extended assistance, follow-up)

Important note: VietNomads is not a travel agency. We do not sell plane tickets, hotel reservations or insurance directly. Travelers make reservations directly, unless prior agreement or option chosen.

2. Pricing

The base rate is €29 / day of travel (up to 4 people) for the Essential Plan and €39 / day for the Serenity Plan.

Beyond 4 people, a surcharge may apply. Additional fees may also apply for: additional activities, extra services.

3. Payment and conditions

A deposit may be requested upon project validation. The balance is due upon complete delivery of the travel guide. All fees advanced on the client's behalf (reservations, partner services, extra services) are non-refundable in case of cancellation, unless a refund is offered by the concerned provider.

4. Delivery time

Itineraries are delivered within a timeframe agreed upon, generally between 5 and 10 business days depending on project complexity.

5. Withdrawal & cancellation

If you cancel before the design work begins, no fees will be charged. Once work has begun, design fees may be retained. Fees advanced are in no case refundable.
